We’re pleased to announce the launch of RoofCare 365, a brand-new roof maintenance membership from A Build Above The Rest.
Over the years, we have seen many homeowners only contact a roofer once a problem has already become serious. A small issue such as a slipped tile, blocked gutter or damaged flashing can easily go unnoticed until water begins entering the property.
RoofCare 365 has been created to change that.
The idea behind the service is simple. Instead of waiting for something to go wrong, homeowners can have their roof checked and maintained regularly throughout the year.
What is RoofCare 365?
RoofCare 365 is an ongoing roof care and maintenance membership designed to help homeowners stay on top of the condition of their roof.
We have launched three membership options — Bronze, Silver and Gold — so customers can choose the level of care that best suits their property.
Depending on the package selected, members can benefit from scheduled roof health checks, photo reports, priority booking, gutter cleaning, preventative maintenance, annual maintenance allowances and discounts on qualifying future repairs.
The main aim is to identify small problems earlier and help prevent them from developing into more expensive repairs.
Regular Roof Health Checks
One of the biggest benefits of RoofCare 365 is regular professional roof inspections.
Most homeowners cannot easily see what is happening on their roof from ground level. Loose tiles, damaged pointing, worn flashing and other signs of deterioration can sometimes be difficult to spot until they start causing problems.
During a scheduled RoofCare 365 visit, we will inspect accessible and visible areas of the roof and highlight anything that may need attention.
Members can also receive a Photo Roof Report, giving them a clearer picture of the condition of their roof and any areas we believe should be monitored or maintained.
Priority Support When You Need It
Roofing problems often appear during periods of heavy rain, strong winds or storms, which are also the times when roofing companies can become extremely busy.
RoofCare 365 members receive priority within our booking system, with enhanced priority available on higher-level memberships.
This gives members added reassurance that if a roofing issue does occur, they already have a trusted local roofing company they can contact.
Selected memberships also include gutter cleaning, helping to keep rainwater flowing correctly and reducing the risk of blockages and overflow around the property.
Helping You Stay Ahead of Roof Repairs
Each membership level also includes an annual maintenance benefit towards qualifying routine maintenance and smaller roofing issues.
Bronze members can receive up to £750 per membership year, Silver members up to £1,000, and Gold members up to £1,500, subject to the terms and conditions of the membership.
Members can also receive discounts on qualifying future repairs carried out by A Build Above The Rest.
It is important to note that RoofCare 365 is a maintenance membership, not an insurance policy. Major roof replacements, significant structural repairs and other large-scale works are not automatically included.
